Privacy
The short version: our tools run in your browser, and we don't collect what you type into them.
What we collect
Tools. Everything you type into a Futureback tool is processed in your browser. Some tools save your progress in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it. That data stays on your device. You can clear it any time using the tool's Clear button or your browser settings.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to the Futureback Brief, we collect your email address so we can send it to you. Our email provider stores and processes that address on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Site usage. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and performance. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we'll update this page.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use advertising trackers.
- We don't read or store the content you put into our tools.
Third parties
We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when pages load. Our newsletter is handled by a third-party email provider.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
